请使用 CEP 完善地址。

请提供街道类型和名称、门牌号、门牌号或公寓号、所在社区、城市、两位字母的州名以及八位数的邮政编码（CEP）。公寓、高层住宅楼和设有保安的入口处请添加巴西电话号码。

使用收件人的当地时间

巴西横跨四个时区。订购商品时，应根据目的地时间而非寄件人时间安排，并且内陆城镇或岛屿的地址应比中心城区地址提前通知。

协助接待处识别收件人

酒店需要预订人姓名和抵达日期，而办公室则需要公司名称、部门和收货时间。给医院送花前，请先询问病房是否接受鲜花。

我们提供葬礼鲜花服务。请提供家属或逝者姓名、殡仪馆或仪式地点、仪式时间以及当地联系人信息，以便我们将悼念鲜花送达正确的地点。

What days of the week do you deliver flowers?

We deliver from Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available.

What are your normal delivery hours?

Our local florists usually deliver between 08:00 and 21:00 in the recipient's time zone.

What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 04:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

You can request a preferred delivery time, but exact times cannot be guaranteed, as deliveries depend on florist routes and workload.
